Terms of Service

By accessing or using SynthScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SynthScore is a web-based tool that converts MusicXML files into Synthesizer V Studio project files (.svp). The service is provided by Vox Libertas.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; multiple accounts to bypass trial limits are prohibited

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with up to 3 conversions per day. Only one trial per user.

Paid Subscriptions: After the trial, continued access requires a monthly ($19.99) or yearly ($199) subscription.

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to harm our infrastructure
• Abuse or circumvent usage limits or trial restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our conversion algorithms
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Your Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded MusicXML files and generated SVP files.

Our Service: SynthScore's software, algorithms, and trademarks are owned by Vox Libertas and protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Perfect conversion accuracy for all MusicXML files
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all notation software exports

Vox Libertas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SynthScore, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
